Who is responsible for what

The same company builds all three apps, but the one who decides what happens to your data is not always the same. The table shows who is who.

Club, Target, Go

Aimlink.ai A/S provides three apps: Club, Target, and Go.

How your data is handled

All data in transit is encrypted.

Data is stored, and processed in the EU.

Your personal and other data can be used according to laws, regulations, and data controller, and data processor policies.

In order to process statistics and other information across users, clubs, countries, and so forth, the data processor handles all existing data in an anonymized form.

Your data is only saved as long as necessary and in accordance with the obligation to comply with other rules and regulations.

You have insight into the data saved on your account.

Legal grounds

Legal grounds for the data controllers lawful processing of your data:

For strictly marketing purposes the data controller needs your consent, which you are entitled to withdraw at any time.

Your data is only viewed and handled by authorized personnel in order to process the products or services you are using.

Controller and processor

Data processor is Aimlink.ai A/S for Club, Target, and Go.

Data controller is the club you are a member of for the Club and Target app.

Data controller for the Go app is Aimlink.ai.

What GO collects

In the Go app we only collect and handle personal data.

• Phone No.
• Birth date
• Weapons (optional)
• Ammunition (optional)
• Shooting log (optional)
• Club membership (optional connection to a club using our Club app)

We do not collect or otherwise handle special data.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, unless initiated by you (e.g. signing up to a club, or connecting to a target, which will share your data with the club in question).

Aimlink.ai sub-processors are: Amazon AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt).

This website

In short

On this website we do not set cookies, and we do not use analytics or marketing trackers. Fonts, scripts and images come from this website's own address. Two things are different, and both are described below: one page loads a font from Google, and videos load from YouTube when you press play.

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages receives your IP address and the address of the page you ask for. [Hosting provider and server logs: to be confirmed before launch.]

The contact form

The form on the Contact page does not send anything to a server. When you press Send, your own email app opens with a message to shoot@aimlink.ai, written from what you typed. You send it from there, so what you write reaches Aimlink.ai as ordinary email. Until you send it, nothing leaves your device.

Videos

The Explainer page shows videos from YouTube. Until you press play on a video, your browser makes no request to YouTube: the picture you see is stored on this website. When you press play, your browser connects to YouTube (Google) through youtube-nocookie.com, and YouTube may receive your IP address and store information on your device. Links to our YouTube channel work the same way: nothing is loaded until you click.

Fonts

The page For all shooters loads one handwriting font from Google Fonts. Opening that page makes your browser contact Google, which receives your IP address. All other fonts are stored on this website.

Your browser's memory

The start page uses your browser's session storage to remember that you have seen the intro animation. It holds no personal data and is cleared when you close the tab.

The newsletter box

The email box on the start page is not connected to a mailing service yet. It does not send or store your address.
